User Registration and Logins

Links and buttons to log into eGrants, Economic Adjustment Data System (EADS), and Economic Adjustment Committee (EAC) intranets are available on the global top menu as well as on the Home, eGrants, and EAC pages. Separate user registration is needed for access into each intranet.

eGrants

The eGrants portal allows registered users to prepare and submit requests for federal grant assistance to OEA online. It will allow a Grantee to perform necessary post-approval activities, including submission of payment requests, reports and deliverables, and closeout documentation. All applicants must electronically submit grant applications and any follow-up documentation using eGrants.

The EAC portal is for use by EAC members and OEA staff members only.

The EADS portal is for use by OEA staff members only.

My Town Hall Login

My Town Hall's Forums and Best Practices Blog are not for general public use. A user account registration is required for access. Once registered, users can log in to My Town Hall and view, post, discuss, and comment in the Forums and Blog.

New User

Creating an Account

If you are a new user and do not have an account, click on the Register for an Account link at the bottom of the login area.

To register for an account, you must select your local base from the dropdown menu and enter your name, desired username, and email address. You must then enter your desired password and verify it. Your password must be at least six characters long and can be a mix of letters and numbers. Special characters such as @#! are also allowed. Passwords are not case-sensitive.

Once you click Submit Registration, an email with your account registration will be sent to your local base accounts administrator. You will be notified via email by the administrator when your account has been approved. Once you receive notification, visit the My Town Hall page again and log in using your registered user name and password.

Type your user name and password into the login fields to gain access. If you have forgotten your user name or password, click on the corresponding links to recover it.
