Undersecretary of Defense (A&S) and CEO of IDFC Sign Memorandum of Agreement
On June 22nd, the Honorable Ellen Lord announced a joint memorandum of agreement between the Department and U.S. International Development Finance Corporation to utilize $100 million of the department’s CARES Act spend plan to provide a subsidy for multiple federal loans to create, maintain, protect, expand, or restore domestic industrial base capabilities to support the national COVID-19 response.
