Industry Resilience

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Institute for Economic Development (IED) is collaborating with the UTSA Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) and partners in Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) throughout the state of Texas to provide the Texas Cybersecurity Compliance Program (TCRCP) services.  UTSA will conduct at least 10 Cyber Security Training Academy classes, 20 Cyber Security Awareness Workshops during 2020 in ten metropolitan areas of Texas.  These workshops will serve at least 500 defense businesses over the course of the project.  UTSA will complete at least 12 Cyber Physical Security Assessments and/or System Security Plan for small businesses who are currently doing business with DOD to ensure they can continue to work with DOD.
